Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
